Short answer. Fisher’s FAQ describes its factory in Boulder City, Nevada, where it says it makes pens and refills. It does not list model by model which pens are made there, so this is a Level 1 claim: confirm the exact model.
This page sums up what Fisher Space Pen says about where this product is made, with a link to the maker’s own page, the caveats and the date we checked. We have not visited the factory or tested the product. Fisher did not pay to be listed.

How to check before you buy
- Check the exact item. A maker’s statement can cover one line and not another. Look for the origin on the product page or the box.
- Read the label wording. “Made in USA” should mean all or virtually all. “With imported parts” or “Assembled in USA” are honest, qualified claims.
- Buy the maker’s own listing or a seller you trust. Marketplace listings are written by the seller, not the maker.
